1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and password. This information is used to create and manage your account.

Integration Data

When you connect third-party platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ConnectWise, or IT Glue), we access and store license and subscription data from those platforms on your behalf. This may include:

• Software license counts, SKUs, and subscription status
• User and seat assignment data from connected platforms
• Agreement and billing data from connected PSA tools

We access only the data necessary to provide the Service and do not access unrelated data from your connected platforms.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product.

Partner Application Data

If you submit a partner application, we collect the information provided in that form (name, company, email, PSA platform, client count, and any notes) to evaluate your application and follow up with you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Sync license data between connected platforms on your behalf
• Send service-related communications (account alerts, sync failures, renewal reminders)
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data or your clients' data for advertising purposes. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (data hosted on AWS)
• Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SaaS Wrangler, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

If SaaS Wrangler is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Your Clients' Data

As an MSP, you may process data belonging to your own clients through the Service. You are the data controller for your clients' data; we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to process your clients' data and for informing them as required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. License and integration data is retained to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need to retrieve it.

Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security to ensure your organization's data is isolated from other users.

No system is completely secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to support@saaswrangler.com and we will address it promptly.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to operate the Service — specifically, session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Export your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use only and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
